Situated close to the Olympic Sports Complex, Marussi is an upscale suburb north of Athens. It is a peaceful residential area with pine trees, and vast gardens. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the Marussi tube station (25 minutes to the city center), 5 minutes drive from the Athens-Lamia Highway

and 10 minutes drive to the new internal ring road (“Attiki odos”).

In the very near, “Marussi” and “Kifissia” have a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and designer boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips into Athens, to the Attica beaches, or just relaxing in the city. There are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive. Within 5-8 minutes walk there is a bus station where you can get the bus and drive straight to the Athens Center within 25-30 minutes.

120 m2 on the 4th floor. Two large glass doors lead out to the great terrace and magnificent view over the Athens surrounding mountains and parks. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and dining area. There is one double bedroom with one bathroom (tub), and one second double bedroom. There is a second Wc with shower.
